This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, process, and protect your commercial and personal information during Full Truckload (FTL) surface freight transactions.

2. Information We Collect

• Consignor & Consignee Data: Company names, GSTIN, registered office address, warehouse loading/unloading location, pickup contacts, phone numbers, and official emails.
• Freight & Transport Record: Cargo description, weight, commercial invoice value, consignment note (Bilty/LR) numbers, and e-Way bill records.
• Location & Driver Data: Vehicle GPS telemetry, driver commercial license records, mobile location during active trip dispatch, and digital Proof of Delivery (e-POD) timestamps.
• Billing & Payment Data: Bank account numbers, PAN details, and transaction settlement references.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process collected data strictly for operational logistics purposes:

• Dispatching commercial vehicles and scheduling loading windows.
• Generating statutory GST consignment notes (Bilty/LR) and e-Way bills.
• Providing real-time shipment location updates to authorized account holders.
• Processing freight payments, detention claims, and toll reimbursements.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent commercial data. Information is shared strictly with:

• Assigned commercial fleet drivers and route operators for execution of loading and delivery.
• Indian statutory tax authorities (GSTN, e-Way bill portal) as mandated by law.
• Authorized transit insurance underwriters in the event of cargo damage claims.
