What is Full Truckload (FTL) shipping and how does APV operate?
Full Truckload (FTL) means an entire commercial vehicle (from 14ft closed containers up to 40ft trailers) is dedicated exclusively to your cargo. Unlike Less-than-Truckload (LTL), your shipment moves directly from your loading dock in Delhi NCR or partner hubs directly to the consignee without transshipment or combining with third-party goods.

What is your detention / loading delay policy?
Standard loading and unloading windows (typically 6-12 hours depending on truck size) are included in the quote. Detention charges apply per day if loading or unloading is delayed beyond agreed windows due to consignor/consignee hold-ups.

How are commercial drivers verified?
All drivers allocated to APV Logistics routes undergo strict background verification, commercial driving license check, vehicle fitness documentation review, and alcohol/safety checks prior to loading.
